Polyharp Not connecting via midi
Hi. I love this app. I was wondering if @jhhl or anyone could help as currently if I try to route it to trigger another midi app the box that comes up showing midi desitinations etc comes up once with nothing in it, but whenever I press route again the box is glitched and doesn’t display that text at all just half of some text.
Would love to have this working again

Hi. I see that Polyharp supports Audiobus and IAA. If you connect it to Audiobus or AUM, it may be visible to their MIDI routing without requiring interaction with its MIDI Destination menu. Then you could route the MIDI using Audiobus or AUM.
I see that the app hasn't been updated for several years, and there was a major update to iOS Core MIDI with iOS 14 (I believe). So it may need an update to work with current iOS.
I’ve corresponded with the developer of this app quite a bit a while back, and he was a really nice guy. Very responsive. He was an older fellow, though, and was doing it as more of a hobby, so there could be a lot of reasons he hasn’t updated it lately. I still have his email, so I’ll give him a ping and see what’s up.
Thanks so much both of you. Yeah I glanced at an older thread he took part in and he seems like such a nice guy. Thanks. I always think it would be nice if there was a system where people who created apps and found it was taking a bit too much time for them to maintain or have other life commitments could leave the app or code for whoever wanted to take over.. perhaps I’ll make a thread
