Maybe wrong place? But any Lumbeat style apps for MacOS?

Changing PC to a Mac Mini (from W11) and was wondering if there are any similar apps to the Lumbeat drum apps for MacOS?

Did a google search on the same subject and it only comes up with Lumbeat on iOS, not alternative apps for MacOS.

I could ask at a Mac forum I guess, but they would probably have no clue what Lumbeat is so I would need to explain how they worked etc etc, so I hope asking here is ok?

Logic Pro has the equivalent of the Drummers on iOS GarageBand.

One option is to pipe your Lumbeats app outputs over to the Mac over USB using iDAM. If you don't need live input then exporting to audio clips and air dropping over to the Mac is an effective way to go and reduces setup hassle.

I know I'm not answering the real question, but I don't know the answer, so ...

  • some of the lumbeat apps loosely work on M1 macs. They can do ableton link and you can pipe the output to ableton. They also sometimes will export the stems and midi, but they often crash.

Theres EZ drummer from toontrack, which has an insane amount of kits and midi. Also slate drums, and addictive drums

Thanks. Yeah I have AD2, but i was more looking at an app I can use live like Lumbeats. The mini will also multi-task for live shows as well.
