AudioThing Outer Space 2 Presets

Hi - forgive me if this has already been discussed - I did a search and couldn't find it. I'm trying to make a button in LP that turns on a preset in Outer Space 2 (along with enabling that effect). However, unlike other apps, like Bleass Phaser and Filter, the presets do not show up in Loopy Pro. Is there something that I can do to change this, or is this normal for AudioThing apps?
I have no problem enabling presets in other Auv3 effects.

Some AUv3 do not share their internal presets publicly (this will be true regardless of host). Loopy and other hosts only see an AUv3's presets if the host exposes them OR if you add the preset via the host's preset saving. In Loopy Pro, the public presets are the ones you see when you tap on the Folder icon in the AUv3 window.

OuterSpace doesn't publish the internal presets to the OS as you can see here.

Here is what it looks like when an AU does publish the presets

When this is the case, add a preset to the public presets by selecting it internally then adding it via the preset popup menu in Loopy. Any presets visible from the folder icon are what Loopy's widgets can see.

Oh I'm sad to hear that. I really like Outer Space, but now I'll have to load a new instance of it for each preset I want to connect to buttons. Hopefully that doesn't weigh down the DSP. Thanks for your detailed response.

I don't understand why this changes the number of instances you would need. You can add whatever presets you want to the presets Loopy can see. Choose a preset using OuterSpace's internal system and add it to Loopy's preset menu by tapping New.

Oh my - I fail at reading comprehension! Thank you! Yes - that is the answer I'm looking for. I just tried it, and of course it works. Your help is very much appreciated!
