Scramble to sell the originals i bet , or not since you need to be loaded to have an original in the first place.

one original on reverb sold for 87K, feel sorry for that guy.. guy who bought it.

  • Back in the eighties £100 from a shop just off of Ecclesall Road in Sheffield, unfortunately I didn’t have the space back then due to being nomadic.

  • Korg on fire (again). 🔥 Love it ❤️

  • 49 voice polyphonic, wow I mean ok, but why? Is anyone playing the full keyboard at a time?

  • €9.99 Gadget IAP (with 8 page UI) at a later stage? :p

Seriously though, a reissue I didn’t see coming.

  • 13k??? Waaaay outta my price range even if I had the space lol but looks cool and probably sounds amazing. And for those that can afford it, it’s still much cheaper than what you can get now with a used one.

  • Namm

    Roland: a „streaming interface“

    Korg: „hold my beer“ 🍺

  • I think they saw how Analogue Solutions Colossus sold out and how the 2600 FS sold out immediately and thought 'hmmm you know guys it might actually make some business sense to do this crazy revival.

I mean if I had the cash I would grab one in a heart beat! But I'm sure this will be more for Universities and big studios. The MicroKORG2 will do for us proles.

I think the MiniKorg sold well too.

MicroKorg2 has my attention though. I’d love to see a Volca with M1/Wavestation sounds eventually too. And an actually decent successor to the Electribe.
