A Tale of 3 Presets
So, I finally recorded something this evening. I have 3 presets spread over 2 audio busses. Obviously... I got some work to do on leveling them out.

Looks like DC offset to me mate.
It looks like DC offset kicks in when you change preset the first time.
If you are wanting some insight, you’ll need to provide the details of everything involved.
First - as always - thanks for the review and comments
DC SHIFT? I have never heard of this before. I didn't see it the LP manual. Is there any documentation on this phenomenon? I will provide some more details including the project file; however - of course, maybe that's of limited value.
I did some previous posts on Audiobus Forum

I wonder in LP.... if I am not using a plugin, and if the plug in supports a wet/dry mix; is it better to just have preset within the plugin where everything 100% dry and 0% wet; to keep or avoid the change of issues when you enable the plugin from a disabled state?
Here are some of the settings. Maybe this is too difficult to make a call on the issue by looking at screen snapshots.
I think you would have to test the individual plugins and see if there is actually an issue and then testing to see if changing wet/dry rather than turning the plugin off/on males a difference.
Do a web search for audio dc offset. Short version: audio signals should have equal energy above and below 0. You can see that your audio gets shifted so that is not the case.
It is the product of some DSP algorithms and generally doesn't happen. You might want to spend a little time seeing if a particular plugin is responsible.
Whatever the overall issue is that you posted trying to solve will require you tweaking your plugin settings. With all those plugins, I don't think there is some solution other than for you to spend time understanding how your various settings are contributing.
Fwiw, the issue is probably unrelated to Loopy Pro and more likely something about how the settings of your AUs change...and/or the signal you are sending them.
