Oh wow I was just looking for a formant shifter 👍
I did not like what I was hearing in their promo video, especially since it's a vocal tool. The vocals were completely buried in the mix. And the vocals I could hear which were altered seemed very 'thin' sounding.
Will it be as 'cool' as the BOSS VT-1?!
(I don't seen any quick preset-switching buttons in the UI).
I’m a big fan of Bleass. And in the rare occasions I do vocals they’re usually heavily edited and “weird”/experimental. So apps like this go a long way for me. Looking forward to it.
Completely disagree w @NeuM : This thing is Nektar worthy.. Makes the human voice behave more like an actual instrument . I love and I’m buying it .
I don't understand what this app does that Bleass Voices doesn't already do. The Instagram video doesn't enlighten. Making a girl singer sound like a chipmunk is not a goal of mine!
Same, although if an app can make a chipmunk sound like a girl singer, I’d buy it immediately. Sounds like a project for @brambos and Hainbach 🤣
I wonder how well this app would work for pitch shifting a guitar signal. I'd like to get a quality (and affordable) octave effect to make my guitar sound like a bass.
Eventide Qvox is probably more optimized for that scenario.
Yes - I agree. I'm guessing that Bleass Vox release price is half of Qvox, as well. I've purchased so many apps this past month and a half. It's hard to justify the Qvox for this one thing I need only once in a while ($20.00 CAD).
It’s out!!

Kinda weird to see a vocal plug-in without a basic EQ (at least a low-cut?) and Reverb
$9.99 seems to be the new $4.99 for BLEASS
@Samu, What’s your verdict on this one? I’m still deep in research.
Is this an introductory price?
Tutorial vid:
That's a better demonstration of the capabilities of this plugin than the poorly mixed original promo video from BLEASS, which had the vocal buried in the mix. Having said that, it's not something I'm interested in but I'm sure there will be plenty of people who will be very happy with it.
Agreed. Looks pretty cool honestly.
For the length of a minute and a half, it's been the best demo I've seen. 🤩
Here is my video for Bleass VOX.
So what’s the difference between this and Voices?
Vox has more advanced tuning with vibrato fx, as well as classic ten unison voices.
Thanks Eylvy for posting I hesitated for a long time whether to make a video or not when BLEASS sent the Testflight invite to me because, honestly, I didn't know how to use it in my workflow. I can't imagine using the app the way it was used in the official demo as a singer. It made me think a lot but I wanted to be neutral in the video although I have mixed feelings about it. Nevertheless, I think that it can be used creatively and, as I said in the final part of my video, it can really help in many situations! It definitely helped me when I was working with my friend's vocals as I showed in the video, it did such a great job! But I would probably still feel uncomfortable if I used it for live performing. It's JUST my personal feeling
Do not ever hesitate to make a video. I can’t tell for others, but for me, it is always a spectacle event. 🤩
That was my thought. Like damn you showed A LOT for a a minute 30.
Super cool to see you here and I’m stoked to watch the new vid
How does BLEASS vox and voices autotune compare to vocal tune pro?
In less interesting hands I think a lot of Bleass products can sound cold and lifeless, but ever since I found your work through Jakob Haq, the way you use them demonstrates otherwise. It demonstrates that if you begin with a rich bed of sound in the first place, lots of interesting things can happen.
This plugin is ready for the next Prince to use it to its full effect on their music. Who will create the next "1999"?
