App for Live Midi Clip Launcher

Is there an app (NO DRAMBO) that allows you to control hardware via midi with the midi clip system to be launched live? Thanx

There are hundreds of apps that can control hardware via midi. Apps don't care what they're sending midi to. If they can send midi they can control midi capable hardware.

There are several apps that can import midi clips if that's what you mean.
Can you explain more clearly what you mean by "with the midi clip system"?

I'll take a guess that you mean "that can browse a collection of midi clips and control hardware from them". If so you may want to take a look at Helium. It seems to have the best midi file browser integration.

  • Not without browser for midi files. Like zenbeats, but only midi, without the audio part.

  • Sugar bytes thesis?

As @espiegel123 says, LK by Imaginando.

It’s free to try, though it will periodically prompt you to buy. You only need the “Matrix” IAP for clip launching.

Ah, I didn't know that, I'll definitely try it, thanks

  • This is planned for Loopy Pro

  • At the moment I'm using GR16, for drums it's perfect, but when it comes to inserting melodic parts it becomes a problem. KORG Gadget is great, but not good for live sessions

Why is GR16 a problem for melodic parts?

Why is GR16 a problem for n me slid G parts?

I solved it by connecting a midi keyboard to the iPad for entering notes :D
