Does Anyone Know How To Turn Off The Count-In Before Record Function Logic Pro for iPad
For example, I just want listen and record into a looped section without it playing the previous bar before it starts to record.
I can only seem to reduce the count-in to 1/4 Bar.
You can easily do this in GarageBand, which makes working in Sections easy.
Surely this must be possible, right.
I’ve checked the manual but it’s no help.

@samu Wow, really that simple, I’ll try this in a minute.
Cheers Sam👍😊
Long-tap on the metronome to get some additional options.
SubDivision-tics can be configured in the settings and the metronome can be replaced with what ever instrument you wish to use in the mixer. (Show Click & Preview tracks in the mixers top-left corner and mess with the Click track, replace 'Klopfgeist' with DrumSynth and pick a cow-bell or what ever floats your boat).
Cheers!
@Samu Thanks so much Sam, that worked a treat, I never even thought to just tap it to switch it off.
Thanks for the other tips too, very helpful.
No problemo, I think I have a pretty good grip on how Logic Pro for iPad works by now.
I've had a LOT of "DOH! Moments" while discovering things hiding behind long-taps, double-taps and other gestures...
btw on macOS Logic Pro if you leave metronome on when you do a bounce it moronically bounces the whole thing with the metronome running through it
