Analog heat+fx and etc

I recently found out that elektron analog heat series MKI, MKII, & +FX all had a class compliance update, and now should work as an interface for iPhone and iPad? I also know it can be I/O for my MPC X SE…so for me it was a no brainer….bought it today. I will be coming back to post how I like using it as I/O for my Mac, iPad, MPC, force, & iPhone soon. I have a feeling it’s gonna be great!
Time will tell.

I also will say I also bought the Meris Mercury X Pedal in a combo deal, as I have so many daw reverbs and iOS reverbs but they all sound dead to me. I have never heard a reverb as good as the Meris Mercury X by any stretch…not even the eventide series. So I can’t wait for that to get in as well.

Let’s see how this journey goes, I’m excited to embark.

  • Meris makes a nice reverb and other pedals

If i was more of a guitarist they would be on my pedal board along side Red Panda, Holograms, vongon, and a zoia

I use them for synths etc. I was into hologram stuff but I backed out because heat plus effects could recreate a lot of the chroma pedal…I sure did like what I heard from it though, and still may be back to purchase it later. Zoia was too fiddly for me and I just didn’t gel with it all the way…it’s a nice machine though, I could see more hands on programming type musicians loving it. I haven’t tried red panda or vongon at this time, but will be looking them up in a sec!
