Need help with a midi app that can randomize velocity and humanize

Are there any Midi Au apps that can randomize the velocity for each notes. It takes forever to go through changing the velocity of each midi note. It’s a pain in the butt. A quicker way will help. I would also like to know if there’s a midi auv3 app capable of humanizing midi notes in a daw like Cubasis. If an app like that even exists. I’m no big expert when it comes to midi apps so I don’t know the full extent of what these midi apps can do. I’m hoping one of them can help with I’m asking.

Cality and Drambo are some options, don't know if you can route already recorded midi in cubasis though (probably).

  • Drambo is a great option.
If you’re intimidated by Drambo, this Mozaic script, among others is useful: https://patchstorage.com/ranbo-multi-channel-note-humanizer/

  • Using Mela 5 midi module you can randomize velocity and set the range for it as well from any midi source.

Riffer has random velocities as does Thesys and pro a few other sequencers.

  • Ranbo script on Mozaic allows you to dial in how much random velocity and milliseconds for timing humanisation.

Thanks for recommending these. I never knew what they were capable of this. I did hear about Drambo doing this but thought it would only work if creating a project within Drambo.

Here's how simple such a patch can be. Midi is just routed to Drambo, then Drambo out to other plugins.
