Katana Go: anyone tried its audio interface with iPad/iPhone?
Seems similar to the Fender Mustang Micro, but a little better:

Good question. I have asked Paul from Studio Rats here but have no answer yet. I'm quite satisfied with NuX Mighty Pro as ultra portable solution for reamping with 2 exceptions - round trip latency and necessity to set dry/wet after turning it on.
It works for recording, but not so great for use with a modeler and hearing the output on the Go via the headphones. Turn on the tuner to send a dry signal to the interface.
There's no way to prevent the Go from also mixing it's normal sound back into the audio with whatever you return from the interface. The most audible impact of this is it leads to hearing a spike just before the modeled sound especially when playing individual notes in a clean preset. It's the lower volume sound from the tuner that is ahead of the modeled sound by a few milliseconds.
This would be an easy fix for Boss to change the loopback behavior. Boss usually doesn't make these sorts of changes in shipping products. Shame. The Go could be a handy interface that's easy to carry around.
Same issue with the Boss IR-200 and IR-2. I think they see it as "low-latency monitoring."
High quality device with gread sounds but I returned mine because it couldn't reeive midi from other controllers than Roland's sysex sending pedals
Interesting. Thank you @quadbus for sharing this.
Pretty soon we'll have the sysex's for basic functions. I also have control over wah with an app on my iPad translating CC's to sysex. Will need to figure out how to change bank's A,B,C and go up/down presets, but we can load any single preset by "name". But these mapped out sysex's aren't as easy or flexible as the wireless footswitch settings (which you can select in the app).
Sooner or later, we'll figure out the magic midi that the Boss wireless pedals send. Hopefully they are simple and most can be hanled by simple midi controllers. Hopefully there is a magic code that enable CC's, but I suspect it's going to be more complicated.
If anyone has a Boss wireless footswitch (FS-1-WL) or expression (EV-1-WL) and wants to help me capture this info, please let me know.
