Top notch music and video 🙏
Nice catch @GeoTony. 13 days of silence before you checked… good on you.
@matdun25848834 - Nice video and audio creation. All the Korg apps are inspiring to me.
They support IOS better than any other big hardware vendor. I wonder if they let those programmers work from home?
I remember when I was shopping for a synth keyboard for a cover band and I preferred the sound of the cheapest Roland versus the cheapest Korg. About 20 years later I bought a Korg Digital Workstation purely for the lower price… I still preferred Roland’s sound but would pay the extra 30-40% for the similar features in a workstation.
Really great example of what iM1 sounds can do! Epic music.
Very catchy, good job. Nice video too, do you davinci on the iPad or Desktop?
Thanks again for listening.I really appreciate your kind comments. Enjoyed creating this one and so many other sounds to play around with in iM1
Thank you. I always wanted a Korg m1 or a D50, but at the time on my school leaver salary I scraped enough credit to buy a Kawai K1. It lacked the effects of the m1, but sorted that with a standalone Yamaha effects box. I got some good use out of it and it could play 8 different sounds at a time on different midi channels. Eventually got made redundant and bought myself an o1w/fd, but to be fair I was lost on it. I couldn’t read music and didn’t even understand chords - now if someone had shown me in the 80s keys and their relationship to chords and the basis for starting a tune, I wouldn’t have wasted all this time until lockdown came and I discovered GarageBand and YT for tutorials
I;m hoping that Korg AuV3 the wavestation or even o1w
Thank you, glad you liked it. I bought iM1 ages ago and it just sat in the offloaded pile because lacking AuV3 So much to explore with it (including all the add on cards) and Logic Pro ios.
Thank you
On a PC - and to tell you the truth I didn’t even know it was on IPad ! that might be a game changer !! Will give it a go.
However my 3rd gen iPad Pro won’t use the full screen estate of my home working 34” monitor, but it might be good for pre-vis work
Thanks again.
