File Management/Soundscapes: Async worth getting If I have Fieldscaper, Soundscaper, and Idensity?

Could really use some advice from someone who has Async (it's on sale!) around it's file management and unique mangling abilities compared to the apps I have already.

I love making soundscapes and sample mangling, and I feel like apps that I own like Fieldscaper, Soundscaper, and Idensity all have some very powerful tools that go beyond what Async can do (to my knowledge). The scapers have reverb, delay, circuit bending fx, and LFOs for most parameters. Fieldscaper has ring mod and multiple types of distortion. Idensity has granular, basically infinite LFOs, delay, reverb in the IAA, and the IAA app is a host with a mod matrix (!). I really wish idensity had the full app in auv3. The three apps can also reverse, change speed, and pan.

Still, I've been eyeing Async, and even though it lacks the depth of features these other apps have, an auv3 is always welcome and I think it has stronger file management from what I can gather. I find that the file management of the apps I have is pretty frustrating.... No folders makes large sample libraries hard to navigate, and Idensity requires that I share each file loaded in the app with the auv3 instance (so I can't just drop a lot of samples in a folder to use with the auv3). I end up loading samples into Neon or just straight into AUM then mangling them with an fx chain because it can be so clunky to navigate files with these great apps.

Even if the scrapers and Idensity are more powerful, if Async is easier to use (as an auv3 and IF it has better file management), I might get it. A powerful sample player that I don't use because of file management (and IAA to a lesser degree) isn't playing samples ☺

Can anyone speak to to Async compared to these other wonderful apps?

Any thoughts are appreciated!
