midi cc assignment for Nembrini IOS apps?

I'm using Nembrini Audio Tremolo. I would like to assign CC #s to rate and depth but I see no way of doing this. Am I missing something?

Comments

  • Without knowing your host can't really help since it will be different ways to assign depending on host. In AUM it's the same way you would manually assign any AU

Many (maybe most) effects plugins don’t handle midi at all. Typically, the expose their parameters to the host. Hosts like AUM, Loopy Pro, Drambo, ApeMatrix provide ways of mapping midi to those parameters.

  • My host is Camelot Pro

Look in its documentation to see if it can midi map AU parameters

This section of the manual explains midi and routing it so if Camelot expose AU parameters you should be able to do it . https://kb.audiomodeling.com/en/c/how-to/d/camelot-supercharges-midi-processing/

  • I contacted Camelot Pro support, and surprisingly Camelot does not provide a way to cc map an app's controls unless midi cc assignment is native to the app in question.
