Midi chord player for foot controller (since demise of Dreamfoot app)?
With the iOS app 'Dreamfoot' it's possible to trigger a predefined chord progression, chord by chord, in the live environment with a foot controller. The app is now defunct and so there will be no more updates. Is there a similar app available - one that can trigger a chord by chord progression with a single foot pedal tap? (iOS/Android/Win/OSX)?

Huh, not 100% certain but there’s definitely some good places to look into, Tonality, Progressions Navichord, ChordPolyPad, Scaler 2 all come to mind.
I know Tonality has a special setting for midi pedals inside the Chord Pads, you can customize the pads all you want, but I’m not sure if you can move the chords along, or change chords with one button, one press. I know you can easily midi map each chord to any midi trigger/controller, but not sure if you can ‘sequence’ through them with just one button. If you have enough midi buttons you could assign a Chord to each button… Definitely check out the manual or even ask @TonalityApp directly, which I coincidentally just did while explaining this, lol.
4Pockets Progressions might work too, especially since it has a sequencer built in, that can be triggered to play through the chords.
There’s a few options I think, but might need a little more info to help more better, lol. ( Joke from Always Sunny series) does it need to be Au or IAA or stand alone or a combination? Do you only have one button or several? Are you looking to trigger the whole progression with one tap? To play for a predetermined amount of beats/bars each?
Navichord might work but is IAA and standalone/core midi only, no au, will work in standalone though.
ChordPolyPad might work, it’s AU & standalone with core midi, but it’s one of the few apps I do not have, so don’t know for sure n this one.
Scaler 2 might also work well for this, definitely do a little digging to make sure.
Actually several AU chord sequencer apps will work if you are working inside a host/DAW particularly one like AUM. You can set it up to trigger the main playhead in AUM when you want it all to start, with one press.
I'd recommend ChordPolyPad or Tonality
