LK clip improvements

Having tested both Atom 2 and LK, I have settled on LK because of the better implementation. For me the need to have multiple tracks and instances of Atom takes up to much screen space especially with not have launchpad hardware to perform with.

However some things I liked from Atom that I would like to see in LK are

  1. Tempo adjustment of clips, allowing to play clips slower or faster than project tempo
  2. Midi editing features like flip, reverse clip notes
  3. Ghost/layers when manually editing clips

Hope these can be added in future

  • I mean if you have both use both. Do all the Atom stuff in Atom and then drop/record the midi into LK. Or I can mind my own business

These exist in the tools of each clip

    1. Ghost/layers when manually editing clips

You can set any single clip as the “background clip” and it will show as a ghost behind whatever clip you’re editing.
