God why do they take so long to get to the point!
Anyway, sounds like Logic is a better, cleaner result.
Thanks for posting 👍
Made my own opinion on this comparison between Koala and Logic Pros Stem Splitter.
The differences between the results is huge, really huge - Logics Stem Splitter is miles ahead of Koalas result…
I dont need to watch the video to know Koala is never going to win
I should hope that Logic would produce better results than an indie app
Logic Pro faster and better…by far
Yeah, I will watch the video soon, but it'd come as no surprise to me if Logic was the winner in this regard. 😂
Haha its def not a shocker 🤣 but its a good channel for koala other than on this 😝🤣
Logic is the winner but I don’t have it nor intend to subscribe, and koala still does a great job, totally enough for my purposes
Result expected, also, if Logic stem split requires at min an M1 there’s only two reasons for that- 1) That extra horsepower is really required AND/OR 2) This is a way for Apple to sell you into more expensive hardware.
Thing is though, I think point 1 is the more likely cause there’s already people out there buying the most expensive iPad because “it’s the best” and all they do is browse the web and look at Netflix. So it doesn’t really seem like a strong arm move..
Just to defend Apple - the Windows community have been into this upgrade-hardware-race since Windows 95…
You bought a new shiny Win-machine, everything goes like speedy hell, but, all of a sudden your PC is lagging and sometime unstable, then, time for a new Win-PC, etc etc etc…
Nothing wrong with older iPads, if they do what you wants, okidoki, but, sometimes speed and efficiency is critical, like working on big projects in Logic Pro for iPad, or, make advanced stuff in Affinity Suite…
The life cycle of iPads is really impressive - my first iPad v1, from 2010, is still going strong and can still be charged - our youngest grandchildren use it almost every day, albeit it’s 14 years old!
Yeah, for sure. I totally think that the processing power of the M1 must be required to do this, especially if folks are saying the results are better than say Koala (not slagging on Koala, just as example).
My son got a second hand MBP like ages ago and it still worked. No doubt the hardware is great. It holds up well. I mean my younger guy has my old XR and it’s still mint (I actually didn’t want to part with it but random non battery charge events kind of freaked me out).
Anyway all this said my next iPad will probably be an Air LOL so whatever 🤣
Koala wins for me.
Logic’s stem splitter requires a M1 and I have a ipad pro from 2018 😁
