XinematiX Midi Control

What I’d like to do is select Live Mode presets in XinematiX, using my Morningstar MC8 in AUM to use with Midi Guitar 2 and my acoustic guitar. I have the program change button enabled in XinematiX settings. I’ve gone into AUM’s Midi Control/preset load but so far when I hit the Morningstar switch I have mapped to a preset, XinematiX craps out in AUM and I have to reload it. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong but there doesn’t seem to be much/any documentation or YouTube videos dealing with Midi Control of the app. Anybody?

    Don’t try to use both the native program change and AUM’s preset load. Use one or the other.
