Loopy Pro as AU in Logic Pro for iPad
I’m trying to use Loopy Pro as a plug-in in Logic Pro for iPad, so that I could loop my guitar while I use Logic Drummer and instrument loops.
Could someone help me get started? I have tried inserting Loopy as an effect on an audio input track, and I have tried inserting Loopy as an instrument on its own track. Which is right?
In either configuration, I can’t figure out how to get audio into Loopy Pro. Apologies in advance, I am very new to both Loopy Pro and Logic Pro — coming from Ableton on Mac.

Welcome to the Audio's forum!
I'll check this and coming back later - have to go on a meeting now...
To record audio input , any AU needs to be inserted as an effect. Instruments are output only.
