ToneStack / ToneStack Go IAP question.

In the AppStore ToneStack compatibility says it works on an iPhone - which is what I’m hoping to do. Yet there is ToneStack ‘Go’ which seems to be the phone version.
Can someone explain the differences please.
Also I already have some IAP packs in ToneStack if I get ToneStack Go do I need to purchase the packs over again or will they just restore in to it?
(I don’t have the phone yet to try - I’m planning on buying an old one just to use as an FX processor)

  • Tonestack Go is just a version with less in it iirc. There is a bundle on Tonestack Go to make it become Tonestack.

Tonestack Go < Tonestack < Tonestack Pro

The iaps you bought for the original tonestack unfortunately don't carry over. There's a single iap (pot'o gold I think) to unlock all the extra amps, pedals etc.

  • OK thanks - I bought the phone. Yes - ToneStack works just fine on it. I’m not really sure what the point of the ‘Go’ is - it’s maybe cheaper or something? Anyway all good 👍
