Help me remember the app name: It’s an auto accompaniment type app…
Ugh, can’t recall the name, but…
It’s not AU
It does like 4 instruments
You set up a genre then can generate grooves/jams
There’s an endless mode
Help?

I think I know which app but damned if I can remember the name offhand. They had multiple apps in different genres. They were pretty cool.
BTW, I’m not talking about the Lumbeat ones… There’s something else, and thanks to the app store’s amazing search, I’m not finding it…
I know they're not the Lumbeat apps mate. Btw I just remembered the possible name - SessionBand.

Main one is here, and there are several others.
Session Band is not generative though. I think he means a groovebox app of some sort. There have been many that came and went.
iReal Pro? https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ireal-pro/id298206806
Chordbot? https://apps.apple.com/us/app/chordbot/id394754767
Not sure if he means a groovebox app, but we will see my friend. Then again, Drambo and BAM are two top tier grooveboxes. So are Groove Rider and Pure Acid.
Tin Pan Rhythm?
Beatly Pro?
Xmure , definitely!
I think this may be what I was thinking of. I'll have to get it this weekend to see for sure. Thx!
Of course mate. I had a feeling this was possibly the one.
Chordbot would be my guess 👆
there is also Odesi Chords.
and Jam with Jordan.
for Jazz there is Quartet 1 and 2.
Just purchased Chordbot - what an excellent app! Really quick and easy to use. Thanks!
(This app came out in 2010 - how have I missed it all these years!?!)
Also, thanks for the mention of Chordbot.
This video was useful for me https://youtube.com/watch?v=8UkBWIuOXdg
maybe Toool?

'Figure' was the app that came to mind for me.

Omg I used to love messing about in Figure. I'm gonna download and have a play in the app later today.
The only app I can think of that has "endless mode" is Riffler.
That's it! It was Riffler Flow I was trying to remember!
Not what I had in mind, but I do love that app! The only thing it's really lacking is the ability to mix the drum track.
Now I want to try Riffler Flow. Cool!
With an assignment like that, it's a small miracle that it had a happy ending
