    Forgot to mention : JanKun recorded his vocals with the iPad mic directly into Logic — I almost couldn’t believe it as the quality is so good! They still sound pretty good isolated, in the mix…

    Further proof, if any were needed, about the versatility of the iPad for making music.

    I made the instrumental backing track in Logic on the Mac, and I sent that project to JanKun with the tracks bounced to audio. JanKun added his vocals and guitars on the iPad. The iPad mic was used for the vocals, incredibly. He then sent me back the project which I mixed on the Mac.

    The round tripping of Logic between mac and iPad worked really well.
