Is Threshold working as expected for you in FAC Envolver? (Solved—yes it is)
I use Envolver as an envelope follower. All routing etc is correct and I can hear and see it modulating my destination slider - for example filter cutoff on a synth. But when I adjust the value on the threshold knob on FAC Envolver, I can’t for the life of me get it to make any difference to the modulation whatsoever. Though when I adjust Threshold value while sending notes out of Envolver, I hear the difference. Can someone familiar with the app please double check whether Threshold is working as expected, when using Env to Midi function. If it is working, please let me know what you think I might be doing wrong, cheers.

If you could post a video showing how you have it set up that would help advise you. I recommend sending the output to a midi monitor to see what is happening.
And yes, threshold is working as expected. It terms when the gate is triggered. The gate is used for the gate cc and note sending.
Hi Ed, if it only affects gate and note to midi, then I guess there is nothing wrong. I thought, mistakenly, that it would alter the env to midi messages. OK, that's solved, thank you!
According to the manual the threshold knob only affects the 'Gate' signal and has nothing to do with the Envelope Follower.

Depth is a scaling factor for the env follower.
If you need a threshold for the follower, put a gate before fac envolver or use a mozaic or streambyter script to process the cc stream.
Yes, thanks guys
