Alesis D4 Factory Drumset Chart

Does anyone have a pdf of the original Alesis D4 Factory Drumset Chart? Not the drum list, but the mapping of the drums in the original 23 factory kits. I can only find a paper copy on sale in Reverb, and a couple of dead links.

    Tried to upload it but couldn't, as either pdf or zip. The google search string was "alesis d4 factory drumset"; no space in drumset is important.

    Hey, you're welcome. It did take me some tries, and I found everything else first. Needed "factory" and "drumset", no space, before the result popped up. Cheers.
