Sounds interesting.
I'll have a look at it properly on the morrow.
Cool!
Oh dur! I saw that video and wondered how I would recreate it. Drambo, I should've known. The literal Swiss Army Knife of iOS music apps. 🤣
I love Moiré patterns! Nice recipe for creating morphing audio Moiré and wonderful that he’s sharing. I wonder what other methods might work?
First thing I thought of, if Drambo can't do this then can Drambo really Drambo?
@Icoustik
I actually tried a version last night before I went to sleep.
It was close however I'm going to look at it properly again.
I'll keep you posted.
😂 Hahaha.
I remade it in Drambo. Pretty sure I did it correctly, but I would be curious to see how your design differs, @Gravitas.
I haven't been keeping up with the iOS music scene recently, but when I saw that video, I knew there would be a topic about remaking it in Drambo here soon.
If anyone thinks of anything that I could do to make this better in terms of making its layout easy to understand, please let me know.

Awesome, checkin out very soon!
I haven't finished it yet so thanks for doing this.
I'm currently recovering from an injury
so the medication is making me drowsy.
I woke up and saw that you had done this.
Welcome back.
Great patch @Skyblazer!!
If I may suggest one little change then it would be using separate LFOs for a more organic, lively sound:
@Gravitas Best of luck with your recovery. I was happy to cover your shift on the euro racks, and prevent my Drambo skills from becoming too rusty.
@rs2000 That's definitely something that crossed my mind.
Somebody's going to click on the video and be like "Oh, neat! Oh... Just sounds like a phaser."
I just figured, people are going to want to do their own thing with the automation.
So I'll just give them a starting point that won't require them to delete more than one module.
Might as well make a project with some nice Bezier curves if I'm going to do a proper demo.
The nice thing about this version is that people who lack the time/skill/desire can just use it as a phaser.
I just tried your version, and it definitely captures the vibe significantly better.
So maybe I should include it in a zip file with the current version.
And maybe I'll make a Drambo project with parameter automation, and include that too, so that people can hear something like the actual thing that Au5 makes in the video.
If you see anything else that jumps out at you, please let me know. Your Drambo wisdom is always appreciated.
@Skyblazer
Thanks for covering my shift.
It’ll take a couple of weeks to recover however I’m well on the mend.
I downloaded your version and the only things
that differed from my version was that
I had placed the phasers in parallel and
both sections where in Layers so the effected Delay etc
was on one layer and the other Delay was on another.
Simply a different layout in that regards.
Ahhh so close yet so far.
Thanks once again and good to see your dRambo skills are still sharp.
Yes please! Sounds good
Great stuff guys, I'm learning things and gaining sonic powers
