  • Nice! I really liked the swirling synth intro. The slow, yearning guitar conjured up images of early Pink Floyd, or any one of a number of early Euro synth artists of the mid 70s. Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk, or specifically Diez and Bischof… Daybreak album. The specific track is Salon Imaginaire. It’s really obscure, but I found it a while back. I lost most of my albums in college in a break-in, but I still have this one somewhere in a cardboard box. I don’t have a turntable anymore, but the song is forever burned in my memory. Your song brought it back. Thanks for the memories!

Thank you for listening @Paulieworld. I am happy it brought you back to a happy place. The is no guitars on this track. The yearning guitar is Bliss Alpha played by Geoshred.

I am off to listen to Salon Imaginaire. Thank you for the suggestion. I have never hear of Diez and Bischof.

  • I hope you enjoy it. Ideally, you would want a black light, some incense, and your ‘ole lady’ sitting real close. Those were some good times.

I did enjoy! Ill keep it in the playlist for the upcoming holiday 👍

  • This is absolutely lovely mate. <3 Very beautiful, soothing and melancholy synth piece. Sort of like Ambient, but actually enjoyable for me personally.

    Thank you so much Jim!

  • A great series of tracks and this one is the icing on the cake 🍰
Very floydian and lovely GeoShred playing 🙏

  • I agree with @GeoTony that it has quite a Floydian vibe as well as great use of GeoShred. To me, it also has a rather post-apocalyptic vibe too, of an empty planet.
