Guardian journalist Ms Cadwalladr made this point in a recent article concerning the wave of misogyny hitting the new presidential candidate in the US, but the phrase seemed to have a resonance all its own. So I shamelessly ripped it off.

The piece does exactly what it says on the tin. Three actual Luapsels, being sequenced by a few assorted ‘buds’ (Snake & Shift) an Atom or 3, and several AUM varispeeded File Player loops of same, tweaked by MIDIlfos. Reverbs agogo, and live mixed into AudioShare. A lot of ambient fun for a dollar!

I'm not going to get involved in a political discussion here (life is too short), but there's a "wave of misogyny" surrounding her or her campaign? I've seen no evidence of that. But I did see news coverage that the Guardian journalist in question lost a defamation suit and owed legal costs amounting to about £1.2 million. Either way, inspiration can come from any source or idea. This is another enjoyable listen. Cheers.

All politicians exaggerate, lie and/or misrepresent things and events to accentuate differences between them and their competition. It's part of the game. How their comments are then interpreted or spun is also part of that game. I will also note that Pete Buttigieg has an adopted child, so he isn't childless. And Harris has a step-daughter. I have no idea if any of them have cats.
