A reconciliation. A koala sampler thing.

At least one chord more than I usually use!! It’s a slow ambient thing using decent sampler, Ridgewalk and koala sampler in Aum.

  • Really cool, I was waiting all the time for the singer from Sigur Ros to start his angelchanting thing while watching all the faces pop up in that rock(?).

That’s a fucking amazing compliment, thank you!!!!!!!

A good pairing of music and …. whatever that is. But the video is the star of the show.

  • Really nice mellow jam. I didn’t care for the vinyl crackling noise. Do you have Piano Motifs? A nice ambient piano solo would sound great over this. Just my two cents.

  • Just spent half of this trying not to burst into tears. Such powerful emotion from this piece.

  • It's like listening to Sigur Ros on a gramophone 🤪
Would be great to hear this wonderful piece without the crackles , ect.

That was some stock footage I massively slowed down and then stuck a couple of filters over. It’s using an app called Riveo. It’s good! Thank you!!

Thanks very much! I don’t have piano motifs, but maybe I should check it out!?

Haha thank you! Can’t believe the sigur row mentions! It’s like a dream. I like the crackles, but I’ll accept the challenge… next one will be totally clean. :)

  • Lovely. I’m with Paul in not being a great fan of the crackling noise. Perhaps slow the next one down a bit 😊😊😊

  • Damn awesome. You inspire me to be better with koala (and music in general)
But I always get sidetracked with my job

And i'm pretty sure I already sad that in a previous post you did.

    Really emotional track

  • Simply ravishing.

    Beautiful video too.

And, btw, I am pro-crackle. Adds a gratifying dimension, methinks.

  • I wouldn’t have been surprised if I learned that this was produced by William Basinski.

    It’s that good.

Thank you so much, this is literally the best praise I could have ever received. He is my alpha and omega!!

    Thank you! Xxx

Something is emerging. Something that is sad, lonely, and bereaved. Dissolution, decay… music and visuals both: superb. I second the Sigur Ros analogy. (One of my very favourite bands.)

I am a fan of the crackle, fwiw. That sense of something dusty, forgotten, creaking into a semblance, a half life, for one final time. An act of remembrance.

Thank you so so much! I love sigur ros too, so the mention really warms my heart!!! Thank you @Svetlovska thank you, and I think I prefer things with the crackly warped sound too! It’s nice being able to have that sound and not worry about the tape getting stuck in the stereo!!!

And getting a pencil to wind it all back into the case. Ah, those were the days… ;)
