Jam Maestro v3.0.2 (iOS 8) released - on sale at over 50% off!
Hi Guys,
Jam Maestro 3.0.2 just went live on the App Store. Update is as follows:
- iOS 8 support added.
- Audiobus 2.1.3 SDK.
- Expanded the range of tunings possible for each string in 'Custom' tuning, so many more obscure tunings are now possible.
- DrumJam Drum Templates now take advantage of DrumJam MIDI Program Change support (so assuming you don't have any Drum IAP in DrumJam it will automatically select the correct drum kit in DrumJam when you change the template in Jam Maestro)
- Fixed some odd behaviour with midi start.
- Fixed strumming for midi instruments.
- Various other bug fixes.

Been looking for an decent iOS tab editor smaller and simpler then Notion for a while. Somehow didn't notice the MIDI in/out last time I looked at it, probably would have already bought if I had.

@AfxTwn I only have Loopy not Loopy HD so I'm unable to test this exactly, but it works fine for me using ordinary Loopy. Can anyone else with Loopy HD and Jam Maestro confirm if they can reproduce this issue?
@AfxTwn think I managed to replicate is on my iPhone 5 running iOS 7 but not my iPad Air running iOS 8. Can you confirm what hardware you are using?

@AfxTwn just worked out that Loopy bug. The fix should be in the next update, hopefully in the next couple of weeks. Until then, you should be able to bypass the bug by opening the tab screen in the app at least once when you open JM, and make sure there is at least one bar loaded up. Everything should behave as normal if you do that first.

It's ok, I have v3.0.3 with that bug fix ready to go. When I try to submit though I get an error spat out saying the app is optimised for iPhone 6 screen sizes (which it is not currently) and therefore I need custom screenshots for them (hours of work creating 5x2 custom screenshots for 12 languages). Have emailed apple to see if its an error or a policy change, so hopefully will submit in the next few days.
