Looks very interesting!!
Not sure I can live with the animated anime character...🙁
I suppose if one is trying to create atmosphere this might be in your wheelhouse, but it mostly sounds like a railway station in Tokyo to me.
Coincidentally, I've been scouring the market for a chaotic ambient body pillow
I feel the same with Audiokit Pros apps and their characters
😂
Reminded me of this classic: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rqg7NyKE5b0
It's out....Mac only - Windows to follow.

Made me laugh out loud!
He is a very singular dev. I love his devices, and have bought some, but he makes it hard, not just by avoiding IOS, but by avoiding AU or VST too. It means to use his stuff in any meaningful way, you have to add to the complexity of your DAW setup by using some kind of audio pipeline app like this https://vb-audio.com/Cable/, just to get the sound into somewhere you can work with it. Why? It is almost perverse.
Nakama Presentation and Tutorial
Started playing with the demo before I saw the tutorial. Half way through the video I'd bought it...this thing is pretty amazing...👍
Giorgio makes some very amazing synths, I have quite a few of them. Chatting with him last week, he said he should have a new "drone" style synth coming out in a month or so, cant wait ! I get his reasoning as to why he builds them the way he does, stand alone only. His explanation was that his creations are an experience and need to be focused on unlike plugins. I have a mac mini just for his stand alones and a few other cpu hogs that paly better by themselves
Would an m1 macbook run these apps OK? I need to upgrade my laptop, and was considering making the move to macos
I run a few of his apps on my 2015 Macbook, no problem,...so I imagine you'd be fine Dan
Cool, that's good news, thanks very much!!
