You need to explain what is the issue. The screen cap alone doesn't provide sufficient information. What are you showing? What is the problem?
That was also my first reaction - what’s wrong here mr. @Sam23 ?
I see you may have increased the default font-size (or maybe display size is not set to 'Standard' in the display settings) for Logic? (The bigger knobs in the toolbar give it away).
Check if it's the same when font-size is set to 100%.
Menus in all can sometimes get displaced if an app I started in one orientation and switched to another while running, this also happened under iPadOS17...
Do you have the display zoom set to something else than 'Standard' on the 12.9"? (It looks like it).
This issues is NOT preset on my 11" M1 iPadPro when using all available font-zoom options as well as switching between Standard and More Space options.
Report it to Apple, they have an iPadOS18 option in the feedback form...

Since iOS 18 I can no longer select exactly/hardly the symbols, color... of a track - these are only partially/hardly visible - according to Apple support this is also a bug
