Help me remember the name of an isomorphic keyboard app / controller I used to own
About 5 or 6 years ago I had a neat little music-making app that was a grid laid out in a hexagonal pattern. If you hit 3 adjacent pads you would make a minor or major chord, and the notes were laid out in groupings that made tonal sense. The interface looked a lot like the picture above but it wasn't a vocal synth like VoxSyn is. It was a controller and I can't remember if it had built in sounds or a midi generator that needed another synth to work. It was a bit like Navichord except allowed for full freedom of expression... you could play just 2 notes at once, or 10 notes. I had a lot of fun experimenting with the app and coming up with unique chord progressions, but I can't remember the name of the app and I can't seem to find it in my purchase history.

I found the app... it was called Honeychord, and it's not available anymore and doesn't even show up on my list of purchased apps which is strange. I also found an active app called Musix Pro which is a midi controller that seems similar.

Yea, HoneyChord i luckily still have it on my device. That sucks It’s not on the Store anymore, I feel like I just saw it up there a few months back. Add it to the thread “ Apps you wish were still on the App Store”
