Dark Helmet
I can’t remember if I already posted this.
if I did… sorry about that Chief.
Getting old sucks, but on the bright side, I meet new people every day.
May the Schwartz be with you!
I can’t wait for Spaceballs 2, The Search For Money. Mel Brooks is the best.

That’s okay - my wife says you can never have enough dark helmets.
Great track though, really doing the business. - Did you do it all yourself? It would be great to hear it with some heavy screaming vocals on it. I bet there would be plenty up for having a go.
Yes Paulie, you've posted this before. However, it was nice to listen to it a second time mate. Only downside is I can't fave it a second time on SC. I've already faved it, lol. 😂
Yes, I take full blame for this mess. Sometimes I just get the urge to purge. On an ironic side note, I just read an article about a North Carolina woman who recently started eating 4 cans of sardines every day. It's had a major positive impact on her overall health. She lost 35 lbs and several previous ailments have cleared up, I'm going to look into it further. Thanks for tolerating my silly song!
Yes apparently the carnivore diet has incredible benefits (includes fish) along these lines. Jordan Peterson the Canadian high brow philosopher/psychologist chap only eats beef. It sorted a lot of his disorders right out. Not to mention his daughter who was getting desperate beforehand.
I combined carnivore behavior with intermittent fasting for a couple of months. Felt great, lost ten pounds, reflux cleared up. Just a cup of coffee till 7 pm, then meat and fat for a couple of hours. It’s an interesting experiment in changing something very basic in one’s life. I did it after Cynthia died… to clear my head and try to control something in my life again.
Good track, too. I think I missed it first time around.
I like it Pauli, are you into industrial rock or metal? Did you play the guitar or was that someone else?
I think I like most everything. When I played in that Ukrainian band, we did a lot of traditional folk songs, waltzes, and a lot of polkas. I once considered joining a punk band! My last two bands were tributes to Pink Floyd and Fleetwood Mac. I grew up listening to Irish music. I actually liked rap at first. Rapper’s Delight was new, upbeat, and great. Over the years, everybody got into rap and it got old. The focus changed to thugs and drugs and I tuned out. So, I guess the answer to your question is… yes.
The guitar in this piece is a mashup of Riffler and some metal guitar loops, so I guess it was someone else. I don’t use any external keyboards or controllers, so everything is fair game. Piano Motifs has been one of my favorites. Maybe someday I’ll get one of my old keyboards out of the closet. I just haven’t felt the need. These iPads are pretty versatile.
Karen does a great job of taking care of me. She has me on a strict daily regimen of vitamins and diet supplements. They must be working. I haven’t been sick in years. I think I had Covid for a couple days, but it passed quickly and never returned.
The sardines sound interesting. I haven’t had them in years and will pick some up this week. Like you, I love my morning cup of coffee. I drink one then switch to water for the rest of the day. That has its own issues. Do you remember that famous author, I.P Daley? Lately it’s more like I.P. Arley.
I am so sorry you lost Cynthia, but I’m glad you have a new partner. A man needs a good woman. We are both lucky men.
About that song… it’s just plain silly. But, sometimes I’m just a knucklehead. Maybe I should be in politics.
