Forum threads missing new post notifications
Has anyone else noticed that certain threads are missing the NEW post notification next to them, as if you have read them?

Don't think I've noticed that, but @Michael I have noticed recently that, on my Android device inside Chrome, when I click on a thread which has a chunk of messages I haven't read yet, the thread is sometimes opening at the last message in the thread, rather than opening at the last message I read. No idea whether this is a bug in the forum or in my chrome browser or what.
Today the new notification was missing from the Ableton Note for iOS thread, and I’ve noticed that behaviour of skipping post as you say, I don’t know if it’s a random thing or just certain specific threads.
I’m using Safari on my iPad so I think it’s a problem with the forum.
Not here. I'm seeing the "New" notifications on iPhone and Mac.
I took a summer break regarding music production and logged in for the first time after a couple of months yesterday, and was greeted by 5 notificiations which dispappeared clicking on the bell icon. Today after commenting and getting replies the notifications seem to be work normally. But no idea where those 5 notifications came from, who quoted or messaged me.
I see them for nearly every thread but every so often on the odd thread they don’t appear and also note the behaviour that @Gavinski also has experienced, this again is infrequent.
It seems like other members are experiencing these issues too, hopefully @thesoundtestroom @yellow_eyez or @wim could look into this matter.
Sorry, but that’s a technical issue beyond our ability to address. We’re user and content moderators only. We aren’t involved with the actual forum software or server infrastructure.
It’s obviously not a serious critical issue, but something that’s more a quality issue, thanks anyway.
