I wish it was possible to slightly stagger the attack of each individual note of the chord in Chord Bud2. Not like an arpeggio, just a humanising feature. Is there a Mosaic patch that can add this feature, and is there any plan to one day add it to the app itself?

The Ranbo Mozaic script, with a bit of timing randomization dialed in should work for that. Drambo also has a humanizer module that can do the same.
