Ripped - Distortion Rack for Drambo

I’ve been tinkering with this for awhile but it’s finally in a shareable state. This can get really loud and fuzzy but still leaves lots of room for controlling and blending the sound.

    Sweet! Looks like a $15 app :)

This one begs for 2-3 XY pads in front for live tweaking. Have you found any combos that work particulary well together?

    Perhaps this one (X/Y):
    Emphasis: spread/emphasis
    Drive: blend/drive
    Tone: cut/volume

The Curve knob in Emphasis section seems to be missing from the patchstorage description page.

  • @bleep added a note for Curve, it focuses the distribution of bands higher or lower

Had not considered any X/Y pads but now I’m eager to try it out! Great ideas.

  • yeah, we see in the video how the effect of one knob is very dependant on the position of the other knobs, so with a good combo on the XY pads you could perhaps develop some nice effects with three-finger drags operating 6 knobs at the same time. Fast and slow swipes etc.

  • Brilliant, thank you very much @bcrichards.
