Low latency fine tuning app ?

I'm essentially looking for a real time pitch shifter for fine tuning, with the lowest latency possible. Even one button to tune up +50 cents or down -50 cents would be nice.

I've tried the pitch shifter in Drambo but is there something quicker ? I also tried the frequency shifter module by setting a low frequency, it works but with expected sound alteration.

My goal would be to quickly fine tune the audio of my instruments when jamming with a dj that sometimes has songs not tuned in 440hz...
