Drambo OneShout AU parameter problem?
Has anyone successfully mapped any AU parameter for OneShot inside Drambo?
Seems like it is not behaving as usual; after tapping Map and either wiggling a button or selecting from the AU parameter list, no Drambo knob is added in the UI.
I was able to pick a OneShot AU parameter in AUM and have it modified using LFO, so I wonder whether this is a Drambo issue.
Comments
Sounds like a OneShot issue. I don't have any problem mapping parameters from many other AUv3s.
I reported to Klevgrand as well, we'll see. Note that it worked fine in AUM, though. And I too have mapped tons of AU parameters in Drambo with other plugins.
Here is some more context, an example attempt. Hard to say if the issue is with D or OS, but the behaviour in Drambo is certainly not how it's supposed to be.
That was by selecting from the parameter list when mapping. Same things happened when trying to wiggle a OneShot knob.
Could anyone with these two apps please check if you are able to map the AU parameters?
I’m still having the issue, but Klevgrand support say it’s working fine on their end.
I made a short video of what happens:
In all cases, no AU knob shows up in Drambo, and mapping menu still says (0). Also, notice what happens in OneShot when doing the two first mappings; the value and knob/level instantly drops to zero. That should not happen.
I have the same behavior as you with Oneshot inside Drambo, and I believe Xinematix as well.
Thank you! If in Xinematix as well then perhaps it is a Drambo problem.
Too bad if it is device specific - makes it harder to track it down. But if it’s not, I’m surprised if the issue hasn’t been brought up before.
This issue aside I’m really looking forward to Drambo’s next big update. It has a lot of potential to be the “main” app IMO (I know for some it already is)
