Looking for app for slowing down tempo and pitch

I’m looking for an app that will transpose audio where both pitch and speed are affected…..like tape. Not looking for anything that pitch shifts or time stretches. Are there any apps that do this?

    Loopy Pro can do that. It can also do it with time and pitch stretch.
