@joegrant413 - yes Gadget allows midi in, so you can play any of the gadgets.
Recording limitations (on Gadget) seem to be no midi in sync - meaning if you are recording in Gadget it won't start recording when it gets a midi start message. This is because Korg like WIST (it's there own system). I will look into adding this into MS though as there are alot of good gadgets.
I managed to record MS playing a sequence (with fx echo) into Gadget. You need to turn quantise off and need then then shift the recorded sequence to allow for the lead in space. Also MS needs to play just one sequence (not loop - unless you want to of course), so add a stop (red hand icon) to the last step.
Gadget also has a nice list of midi CC automations. This suits MS well as it can output up to 16 different midi CC's with every step. For example CC82 for Berlin pitch enabled me to control it's pitch using just 1 CC set to 82.
Gadget is also AB so you can take advantage of MS in AB by starting the MS sequence whilst in Gadget using the mini controls.
Glad you like the mini-keyboard for chords You can 'play' this whilst the sequence is playing (e.g. invert chords, add notes) - try this on a 1 step sequence (R in the skip button logic for step 1)
Thanks
