Ampero stage 2 as a controller?

I have this sitting around as I only use it as a backup for live performances.
I have seen videos where a Helix is used to control LP.
I assume this is possible with the Ampero?
It has bluetooth capability but would that include using foot switches?
If not, should it be visible when plugging it into the iPad (I don't have a camera adapter yet)?

    ask on the FB group of Hotone Ampero pedals - there are few of them.

    For those concerned - Unit only receives BT messages.
    And working for audio.
