Dynamic Transposer in Mozaic script
Hi,
Creating a new thread as I am not sure whether New Mozaic Request thread is still active.
I am looking for a dynamic transposer Mozaic script which will transpose the melody line I have created in ATOM or Helium or LK based on the note I have pressed.
Just to give an example - if I have a melody line "C3 E3 G3 C4 G3 E3 ." with the root note of C3.
I want a dynamic transposer so that when I press say G3, the melody line should transpose to "G3 B3 D3 G4 D3 B3 ."
When I press F3 the melody line should transpose to "F3 A3 C3 F4 C3 A3 ." and so on...
So basically need a script that will dynamically decide the transpose amount depending on how much off offset from the root C and then apply that transpose amount on the melody line keeping everything in a fixed key-scale (for which I can use another scaler script or pass it through Rozeta scaler)
** Disclaimer - I have not checked all existing scripts or also not sure whether Rozeta scaler "input transpose" parameter can be made intelligent to dynamically transpose based on offset amount which will change based on which key I have pressed.
** Ultimate goal: Creating arranger style keyboard in iPAD (I know many solutions available - XMURE, 1manband, Flow Mozaic script, ORG24 etc. But none of these give the combined power of creating various patterns with auv3 and my own synths/sounds in iPAD.

@wim will this script (created by you I guess) work for my purpose? https://patchstorage.com/midi-note-shifter/
Ha, ha! Check the release notes on that one and you may remember who I created it for. 😉
That should do what you need, but not on its own. You will need to pass the output through Simple Scaler or something like Rozeta Scaler after the transpose.
LOLL I immediately realized it after I posted it. Yes I will use Rozeta Scaler
