Why Can't I put (multiple) effects on a midi channel?

Hey,

I'm looking for a way to put midi effects (mozaic) on the midi signal coming from my drum pad.
Why can't I have different instances of mosaic (or any effect) on a midi in channel or a different channel.
For instance I would like midi pitch, add round robin and adjust velocity sensitivity.
Now I have to make a new midi channel for each effect.
Or maybe I'm not getting something?

Thanks for the help!

Currently, to chain midi effects, you do what you are doing. You add each effect with add midi and chain them as needed.
