Animoog Z - Mapping The Looper

I see I can map the Looper buttons but how to handle Play/Stop? I thought sending 127 and 0 of the same CC would do it but no such luck.

It responds to a value of 127. It toggles the button state.

Ok, turned out to be a trigger not set in both positions. Thanks!

Tried it and it seems to not work. Will try again now. I figure for Record its just toggle on with 127, Overdub similar. I was turning off the looper and back on but ideally, this will work.

Sending a value of 127 works for me to toggle play/stop.

  • Just tried again...127 seems to do nothing. 0 seems to restart it. Feel like i'm going mad. You have this working with a press on/off of 127?

It works fine for me sending just a value of 127 with the cc number I assigned. Each time I send it, it behaves the same as pressing the button. There needs to be a loop already recorded and the looper needs to be on.
