DM1 - my favorite circuit-bent drum box
It has no business being in the App Store, but it sounds intriguing, especially presets like Rhodes and other melodic patches. I hope they never fix it, kind of.

What? You've lost me...
The OP is saying that DM1 doesn't function as advertised, but that the quirks and faults of the app have their own quality which (sort of) make it useful.
Can't say I agree with that (frankly I think the app's basically FUBAR), but I respect the sentiment, always like to see folks make lemonade outta lemons!
this issue(feature?) is iOS8 only
I think Fingerlab are happy with it too - I think I can hear it in the iTunes preview video. I hope they fix it soon, don't need to update if you like the broken sound.
This is just another SNAFU when it comes to DM1, fixing bugs, etc. Shame about the nice UI though, long gone from my devices.
It collects dust on my IPad. I imported good drums sounds into Caustics and create beats in seconds, add bass and synths and export into Auria for last touch.
When IAA/Audiobus components will be inside the hosting app UI then the solution will be good enough.
