Mike, I don't know if you've ever come across Christopher Anadale on YouTube. He has done loads of annotated readings on Schopenhauer. I've been working through this series, very enjoyable:
I definitely don't agree with Schopenhauer on everything but some of it resonates a lot for me, and I always find him very thought provoking, He's also probably one of the easiest German philosophers to read, mercifully!
