BIAS FX 2 Issues

I realize there are lots of mixed opinions about BIAS FX 2.

Regardless, are there known issues using it with Loopy Pro?
It doesn't even load for me when attempting to add it as an Inter App Audio Input.
And when I have succeeded at getting it working it seems to constantly lose connection with Loopy Pro.

Is this your experience as well, any guidance appreciated.

Do you have a suggestion as an alternative to use for similar purposes (ie: multi guitar effects) that works well with Loopy Pro.

Thanks,
Dan

Launch Bias Fx first. Then add it as an effect on your input's channel rather than as an instrument. Quite a few people use it but using an IAA app for effects has some inherent hassle as you have to launch the IAA separately and recall its settings. With AUv3, the settings are saved in the Loopy Pro project itself.

There are a host of good guitar multi-effects AUv3. Primo is free and quite good. Some people like THU which can run as an AUv3. Gigfast Lite is a topnotch amp simulator with some additional buit-in effects. Some like ToneStack Pro. I tend to use amp-sim AUv3s plus individual AUv3 for specific other effects.

I am sure that I have left out some other excellent options.
