In the same genre as ChordJam, Scaler 2, 4Pockets Progressions.
I'm curious what there is that distinguishes it from those. Looks especially similar to ChordJam.
@hes After watching both videos I would say this has some special functionality in the repeater, strum, grid strum, melody etc and the way each can be combined together and in certain orders.
Not sure about that. The stuff that's covered by repeater, strum, etc. in Chord Generator seems to be quite similar to what's covered in the Arp, Time, Sync section of ChordJam's generator section:
The interfaces in general, and in particular the middle section for chord generation parameters, seem quite similar. Here's ChordJam's:
Chord Generator does seem to maybe have a more sensible and cohesive interface, I've always thought ChordJam had some strange design decisions, but in general they seem quite similar.
It's basically the same app lol
I'm wondering how these chord sequencers handle rests and spaces? I would like some functionality that allows you to set parameters for introducing rests into the sequences as a separate function, maybe in serial with the other functions. Just a little different way of thinking about it.
The demos sound really good, much better than I’ve been able to produce with Chordjam, but it’ll be interesting to see how easy it is to create something similar to the demos from scratch. If it’s easier to use, I may grab the desktop version.
