Zenbeats - MIDI learn & bounce in place
I’ve set myself the challenge of recreating a 1985 demo in iPadOS Zenbeats, for reasons I’m unsure of.
I’m using an Presonus Atom SQ as a controller, which I love, both because of the poly aftertouch and that MCU mode works so well in Cubasis.
I can MIDI learn lots of things in Zenbeats (Atom in MIDI mode), apart from Record, Loop and the metronome toggle. Is this a known issue with Zenbeats? Transport works fine in Cubasis.
Is Zenbeats able to bounce in place? Doing a loop selection / solo / bounce export / re-import seems inefficient.
Appreciate any tips.

I just did a quick test, and while Freeze did a bounce in place for the track, the AUv3 automation of a cutoff frequency I had recorded didn't sound in the playback. 😕
@MatthewAtZenbeats ?
Thanks Wim. Appreciate the help! Hadn’t occurred to me to freeze (doh!). Doing so does at least write aftertouch, but I’ll experiment further.
