Loopy Produced Music
Hi all, fairly new user here but I’m pretty deeply into Loopy I just wondered is there any central repository for people’s music they’ve made with LP? Would love to hear some…
YouTube videos I’ve seen seem quite chilled - I wondered if people are making heavier stuff, and spacier stuff, Berlin School, Dubstep, industrial etc?

There isn’t a central repository. A YouTube search will find quite a range of performance videos. There are links to a small handful of videos on the wiki.
A curated list would be awesome. Who would ever have the time to make one though is another question.
There is a wiki page with links to a handful of performance videos. If people post links here, I’ll add them to the wiki.

Here is a Berlin School style jam with LP that I just found
My second album "I/O" was produced 90% on iPad with Loopy Pro and mastered on desktop (because at the time I didn't have much mastering tools on my iPad).
Nice piece. It’s good to hear the use of Loopy Pro without knowing what it looks like too.
There are some interesting bits on the Wiki page as well.
I like what DubFX is doing. An iPad on centre stage.
Actually they’re all doing good stuff.
Inbar Heyman was showing an interesting template here as well:
I’ve had a browse now, yeah some great stuff
Dub Fx is well talented wow! That’s some showmanship and technical stuff at the same time.
I’ve not got all that kit, but when I got my setup up and running with loopy recently it was fantastic, and inspiring.
Don't know if it counts but I'm using Loopy in live gigs as the main hub to do loops, load synths & FXs, change presets of hardware instruments & lighting. I'm into funk house techno music. A video is to be released in february !

That’s cool. Loopy as a lighting controller. As well as all the other things!
This is great!. ❤️ . I’d love to know more about your process. Do you export the stems to mix or do you mix in Loopy?. Use the sequencer?.
I’ve done a few songs completely in Loopy. Great fun. The sequencer is great. But I do miss a bit of control for a “pro” mix, like automation and such.
Thanks! Automation was almost non existent except for some lfos going on with mLFO and some “live” tweaking while recording the donuts. Then I had a lot of hardware instruments in this album with their own “automation”.
I used the sequencer in Loopy to lay down the tracks and generally exported the stems to desktop to master them. A very fun tool, killer for live sessions, but not a daw.
